| CA. NERELLA SRI RANGA NAYAKULU |
CA. Nerella Sri Ranga Nayakulu is a Commerce Graduate from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupathi and qualified Chartered Accountancy Course in May, 1992. He worked for leading Chartered Accountants in Chennai till Jan, 1995. During the course of articles and paid employee, he achieved rich experience in Bank Audits, Corporate Audits and Tax Audits. With the amount of experience and degree of confidence he achieved, he started his own practise under the name “NERELLA & ASSOCIATES” in 1995 after obtaining Certificate of Practise from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Currently, he is the proprietor of the said concern.
He qualified DISA (ICAI) and CISA (USA). He strongly believes that “learning is a never ending exercise” and the same has been adopted in his profession. During his college studies, he was a college topper.
During his professional carrier so far, he audited no. of branches of banks in different capacities – Branch Statutory Audit, Stock Audit, Revenue Audit, Inspection Audit, Concurrent Audit etc. Presently he is Statutory Auditor for no. of private limited companies and tax auditor.
Equal amount of experience he possesses to carry Tax Audits under Income Tax Act, 1961, VAT Audits under TN VAT Act, 2006 and corporate audits under The Companies Act, 2013. Apart from this he is handling various issues connected with Service Tax. He regularly appears before various authorities of Income Tax Dept., Service Tax Dept., and VAT Dept in representative capacity to complete the assessments. |
